Shipping and Returns

Do you ship to my country?

At this time, we only ship to the United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs an additional amount. We also do not ship to APO, FPO, PO or HC Boxes.

What are my payment choices?

We only accept VISA, Master Card and Discover credit cards. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

How much is my shipping?

We offer FedEx Ground and 2 Day shipping methods. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If you live close to HPER, you may choose to pick up your order at HPER in Room 121, and you will only be charged the $2.00 handling fee. Pickup times are every Friday (except holidays) from 9am to 4pm for orders placed before Wednesday at 5pm.
